Physical Condition: Healthy. Tired. Pupils normal.
Patient Information: Disposition is relatively normal. Cocky. Health is good. Hasn’t slept.

Prescribed: Zaleplon nightly just before bed. Assigning Therapist for weekly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
