Rules
    • This is an 18+ forum with dark, mature themes including but not limited to: sex, abuse, torture, drug use, etc. Players AND their characters must be aged 18+. You registering for this forum is your electronic signature saying that you are of legal age.
    • Non-human characters are restricted. This is a realistic Role Play. This includes most inhuman characteristics/deformities such as: tails, animal ears, fur, etc. If you are unsure, ask Admin or post in the Help section of the forum.
    • There will be ZERO tolerance for any OOC drama or hate. Penalty will be permanent character deletion(s). If you feel like you need to work something out, talk to Admin or post in the Help section of the forum.
    • Role Play can be spontaneous and unpredictable, but all players are entitled to personal limits. Forced Fiction is the theme of this forum, and if you are uncomfortable with dark, mature themes including but not limited to: sex, abuse, torture, drug use, etc. then perhaps this is not the theme for you. You can post personal limits in your profile or in the ‘Introductions’ section of the forum, such as ‘No Death’.
    • All usernames must be the name of the character you are playing, last then first.
    • You must fill out your application within 72 hours of registering or you will be deleted. All applications will then pend acceptance by the Admin before they will be allowed to post in any of the In Character ‘Role Play’ topics. You can however post in the Out Of Character ‘Help’ or the ‘Chat’ sections.
    • You are allowed to have multiple characters, all with separate usernames.
    • Para-Posting (Paragraphs) is HIGHLY encouraged. Lengthy, descriptive posts give much more for the other players to work with and help create an immersive scene. Try to include proper spelling and grammar. Chat abbreviations (ie: LOL, OMG, etc.) are not allowed in Role Play.
    • Open threads are to have thread titles as follows: Thread Title [Open]. This will let the other players know anyone can join. If you are making it only open to certain characters, it must read as follows: Thread Title [Names]. When you have finished your scene/thread, please change it to: Thread Title [Closed].
    • There is not a limit as to how often/little you can post, but please be considerate. You should not start a role play with someone and then make them wait three weeks for a single post. If you will be away for a certain period of time, please post in the OOC ‘Chat’ area of the forum. If you do not reply after X amount of time you will be sent a Private Message (PM) and if you do not reply within 72 hours, you will be deleted for inactivity.
    • In order to ensure that you have read and agreed to these rules, please put ‘On this night the heart and ideals melt into the darkness’ at the top of your Application.
