XD Jay is freaking hot no matter what, but I do really love long hair on Natives. Especially with Jay, I think that with short hair he can be really easily mistaken for hispanic or latino. =/ Not that I have anything against that either. (actually Jay has played hispanic peeps in movies before.)

XD Raph's way too old school to cut his hair for the hell of it. If his mentor died I'm sure he would. He'd still look hot...
